School Programs
Our school programs builds a community of women who achieve challenging academic and financial goals.
High School Juniors
We focus on preparing juniors for their final year in high school, college search prep and offer access to FRNDS’ - Level Up Challenge.

Beginning in September students are paired with a mentor. Mentorship pairs meet bi-monthly to align on goals and discuss next steps.
In the spring of junior year, mentorship pairs start the college prep work.

Juniors focus on increasing their academic performance and attending workshops on money management.

In additional to monthly meetings, students are expected to attend workshops about money management and at least 1 social event.
Members have access to our Level-up Challenge. Through this challenge, FRNDS helps students set goals within the program's three pillars of success: Accountability, Communication & Punctuality.
Students submit their GPA, attendance and grades from previous quarters/semesters. Mentor pairs identify areas of improvement and students commit to progress meetings with their FRNDS' Mentor.
Upon completion, students can earn up to $300!
High School Seniors
We focus on preparing seniors for graduation, college application process and offer access to FRNDS’ - Money Match Savings Program.

Beginning in September students are paired with a mentor. Mentorship pairs meet weekly to plan college applications
For current members, rising seniors begin college prep sessions in June of their junior year.

Seniors focus between September-February is primarily college applications.
Members are also expected to attend financial aid information sessions and at least 1 social event.

In additional to weekly meetings, students are expected to attend at least 1 social event.
Any student in good academic standing (2.9 GPA or above) may enter into our Savings Match Program. This program incentivizes students to accumulate savings without deductions for the entirety of the program.
Upon completion, student’s savings are matched up to $500!
College Students
We focus on individualized student progression, mentor check-ins, continued access to Money Match programs and deeper understanding of finances.

College students continue to meet with mentors to align on goals and discuss next steps.

Students focus on developing a deeper understanding of money management, investment options and introductions to legacy planning.

In additional to monthly meetings, students are expected to attend workshops about investing and attend at least 1 social event.
Members will have continue access to to the Savings Match Program as well as receive care packages!

Mentors
Our mentors work one-on-one with students to coach them to set and achieve challenging goals.
Milestones
Students follow financial education plans to reach many literacy milestones.
